Reservations:
Can you visit the Levi Huskypark without a reservation?
- The program must always be booked in advance. In the Huskypark you may only move around in the company of a guide.
How do I make a reservation?
- You can make a reservation through our online store or by email at [email protected]. Inquiries can be made by phone at +358 40 570 6572.
- During popular holiday periods such as Christmas and Winter holidays, we recommend making a reservation well in advance.
- Huskypark is closed on Saturdays.
How can I get to the Huskypark?
- Levi Huskypark is located 11 kilometres away from Levi center, you can reach the Park by taxi or car. Programs booked directly from us do not include transportation.
Can children under 2 years old participate?
- Yes, children under 2 years old can participate free of charge.
- Children can only visit the Park with an adult.
What are the cancellation terms?
- If you are late for the program, we cannot guarantee the entire program, we will schedule the programs in a way that preserves the animals’ daily rhythm.
- Cancelling the program is free of charge if done at least three (3) days before the scheduled date. Group reservations must be cancelled at least one (1) week before the scheduled date. Programs cancelled later than this will be charged in full.
- Cancellations must be made in writing by email to [email protected]. The email must state the first and last name of the person who made the reservation, the booked program, and the reservation ID.
- Prices include 10% and 25.5% VAT.
- We reserve the right to change or cancel the program depending on weather conditions. We reserve the right to change prices.
Is it possible to move around in the park by wheelchair?
- The entire park area is wheelchair accessible when there is no snow. Snow conditions may limit movement in the park, but this does not prevent participation in huskyride or visiting in the Laplander’s hut.
Huskyrides:
Can you drive a sled yourself?
- We offer 2 and 3 kilometers long husky rides, and the sleds are driven only by the professional guides.

How many people can fit in the same sled?
- The sled can accommodate a family of up to 4 people; 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults (depending on height etc.), passengers sit in the sled only with their own group.
How long the sleigh ride itself lasts?
- On average 2 km lasts about 10 minutes and 3 km about 15 minutes, weather conditions affect the duration of the huskyride
Safety:
Is there any safety requirements we should be aware of?
- During the huskyride hats and mittens are must, you get covered with a warm blanket to keep you cozy.
- Feeding animals is strictly prohibited without permission.
- Please refrain from putting gloves or fingers through the fence without a permission.
- Please leave children’s toys in the car, or put them in a bag before heading into the park.
- Lost gloves or toys can cause serious harm to animals.
Is it allowed to take photos in the park?
- Photography in the park is allowed for private use.
- The photos and videos taken in Levi Huskypark are not allowed for commercial use without an agreement. Ask for an appointment for a photoshoot.
Is it allowed to pet Huskypark’s animals?
- You can pet Siberian huskies through the kennels and take photos.
- Please, do not approach huskies that are working without the guide’s permission.
- Some of our animals can be encounter inside the kennel such as foxes, please notice fox selfie is limited.
- You can give kisses to the reindeer and take photos.
- Sometimes companion dogs are running free on the Park side and in the Laplander’s hut – they love scratches!
